Information for new patients

Starting care in a new office with a new provider can be stressful due to the unknowns. I want to eliminate that for my new patients!

Booking your initial exam: you can schedule online if you are comfortable! This is the most seamless way to book. However, you can also text or call the phone number at the bottom of the page, and I can get you scheduled!

How to book an online appointment:

Click the {Book Now} button in the top right hand corner of my webpage. You will select which location that you would like. Next, you will select {Initial Exam} on the left hand side and then select a time that works for you. Click {continue}.

In order to schedule online, I require a credit card on file. Your card WILL NOT be charged at this time. This is required to reduce people booking appointments and cancelling or not showing up without notification. My time is limited, and missed appointments are truly detrimental to my practice.

Once you entire your credit card information, you will select which reminders you would like for your appointments. You will then be at a confirmation page for your appointment. You can confirm your notification settings, and let me know what the reason is for your appointment.

The next step is crucial. Please fill out your intake forms before your appointment! Be as detailed and specific as you can as this will help me prepare for your appointment and decrease time spent talking in our appointment and more time for treatment.

There is a specific section in the intake paperwork that asks any concerns about previous chiropractic care. This is a great section to let me know what has worked for you with chiropractic care in the past or what you do not like and do not want done.

For your first appointment in either location, please come on in and have a seat! If I am ready for you, I will greet you and bring you right on back to the treatment area. If Iā€™m finishing up with my last patient, I will be with you as soon as possible. My children may also greet you, as they are frequently in my office with me!

The initial exam typically takes around 30 minutes depending on how many areas are being addressed. We will go over the intake forms, do an examination, discuss findings and treatment options, perform muscle work and modalities, and then adjustment if warranted. We will also go over at-home recommendations.

After treatment, we will collect payment for self-pay patients and copayment if you have insurance. We accept cash, card, and check. We will set up any follow up appointments if necessary or discuss when you should come back in if the pain is not resolved.
